These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Toycrate mobile application and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account, browsing, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Toycrate is a Designer Toy Shop offering designer toys, figures, blind boxes, accessories, and related products. Product availability, pricing, and descriptions may change.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
3. Orders & Cash on Delivery (COD)
Checkout requires a signed-in account. Payment method is Cash on Delivery: you pay the courier in cash when the package is delivered. No online card charge is taken in the app.
By placing an order you confirm that shipping details are correct and that someone will be available to receive the package and pay the COD amount. We may cancel or refuse orders for suspected fraud, stock issues, unreachable addresses, or repeated failed COD deliveries.
4. Pricing & stock
Prices are shown in the app. Stock is limited; an order may be adjusted or cancelled if an item becomes unavailable.
5. Shipping & delivery
Delivery times are estimates. Failed COD attempts may result in return of the parcel and cancellation where permitted by law.
6. Returns & damaged goods
Inspect the package on delivery where possible. Contact toycratesup@gmail.com promptly with your order number and photos for damaged or incorrect items.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, place fraudulent orders, or use Toycrate for unlawful purposes.
8. Intellectual property
Toycrate branding, app design, and content we provide are owned by us or our licensors. Product brands belong to their respective owners.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights in your country.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Toycrate's total liability arising from any order or use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid (or were to pay on COD) for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
11. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Changes & termination
We may update these Terms or suspend/terminate access for breach, risk, or operational reasons. You may stop using Toycrate at any time.
